A regional acute care hospital in southeastern Iowa is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join its collaborative inpatient pharmacy team. This hybrid clinical/operational role offers direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, medication stewardship, and quality improvement initiatives within a 200+ bed hospital. The position provides a Monday-Friday day shift schedule with rotating weekends, a competitive starting salary, along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, partial relocation assistance, and excellent benefits.
Candidates must be licensed (or eligible) as an Iowa Pharmacist and have at least two years of inpatient hospital pharmacist experience. A PharmD is preferred, while PGY1 residency training and BCPS certification are highly desirable. We're seeking a collaborative clinician who is passionate about providing evidence-based patient care in an acute care setting.
