CRNA – ASC Near Seattle, WA | No Call | Up to $291K W2 or $1,900/Day 1099 Perm
A well established ambulatory surgery center just north of Seattle is seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative and efficient anesthesia team. This opportunity features ASC cases only with no call, no nights, and no weekends, offering an excellent work life balance. Most days wrap up early, and schedules are highly predictable. CRNAs will rotate between 2 ASCs.
Choose a four day workweek with additional days available at a flat daily rate. Compensation includes a W2 option with earnings up to $291,000 plus benefits, or a 1099 structure paying up to $1,900 per day. A $40,000 sign on bonus is available for starts by September 30, or $20,000 for later start dates.
The practice supports autonomy within a well run ASC environment. New graduate CRNAs with strong independence and regional anesthesia experience are encouraged to apply, as are experienced providers seeking a long term lifestyle position.
