My client a large health system in Louisiana is seeking a Permanent Onsite Manager – Burn Inpatient & Outpatient, Enterostomal Inpatient & Medical Acute Care to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a BSN, 3–5 years RN experience in Burn, ICU, Trauma, or Critical Care, and at least 2 years of leadership experience. The position will report up to the Director of nursing and will oversee 42 FTE's. The selected candidate will be offered a generous base salary, relocation assistance or a sign-on bonus, quarterly bonus potential, and benefits package. The community is located in a major metro area and offers something for all personalities, whether you enjoy art, culture, history, music, etc.
