Quick Facts

Monday through Friday 2nd shift 2 pm – 10 pm with one hour lunch
Approximately 120 specimens per day with multiple parts
All specimens including biopsies and resections
Workload varies from small GI specimens to complex specimens
Focus on smaller routine specimens while CIP staff handles complex cases
Certification required
Experience required with items listed in case load
