This outpatient practice for senior primary care is immediately hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or inpatient internal medicine are required. They follow a Value Based Model of Care, and the patient volume is 12-15 per day. The position is salaried and they offer generous annual bonuses, comprehensive benefits, a 10K sign-on, and negotiable relocation.
