  • Clinical hours Monday 7am – 5pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8am – 5pm, Thursday 8am – 7pm
  • All ages — family practice setting
  • DOT physical examinations preferred
  • Hospital privileges required
  • ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
