Full-time, permanent outpatient opportunity for an engaging primary care NP/PA provider. Work as part of a three-provider team with a flexible weekday scheduleAt least 2 years of NP/PA experience is required for this role.

Hospital-employed position with generous benefits and PTO, with a base salary plus production incentive pay. This charming riverside community of 8,000 is just south of Albany, and under 3 hours from NYC, Boston, and Providence.
