Description

My client a for-profit acute care Medical Center in Montana a is seeking a Permanent Onsite RN Director of their Physicians Group to join their team. In lieu of a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience to include: financial, human resource and operational management, and a sound understanding of ambulatory care is required. With a Masters degree the organization is seeking 7 years of practice management experience. CPPS and CMPE Certifications are highly preferred. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous compensation package including base salary, relocation assistance/sign-on bonus amount negotiable, and benefits package.
