Description

My client, a Critical Access facility in Northern Maine is seeking a Permanent Onsite RN Manager of Surgical Services to join their team. To be considered candidates must have leadership experience within surgical services as well as an ASN with a BSN & CNOR being preferred. The facility has 2 OR's and does about 60 cases per week. The Manager will be responsible for approx. 10 FTE's and will report directly to the CNO. The position offers a generous base salary, sign-on bonus, and a benefits package. The position is located in beautiful Northern Maine in a classic New England town filled with picturesque harbors. Enjoy lots of cross-country skiing, boating, fishing, hiking the beautiful woods, and exploring the majestic Atlantic shore.
