Quick Facts

  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment
  • Employed position with malpractice coverage
  • Remove organs from a deceased donor for transplantation or reconstructive surgery
  • Evaluate donor organs (heart, lung, and heart/lung) and organ procurement, including DCD recoveries
  • 100% organ procurement; no surgery
  • Must have a Virginia medical license (or be able to obtain)
  • Open to new and experienced providers
  • Currently doing 140 heart and lung transplants annually
