Description

We are looking for a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient practice. NP will need to have a minimum of 1 year Primary Care NP outpatient experience.

The position is open due to a provider relocating. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned multi-specialty group practice. You will enjoy the benefit of working with a team of providers and a strong supportive administrative team.

This region of Columbia County, NY offers old town charm with modern dining & entertainment.

Full time, permanent position. Base salary plus bonus incentives. Full benefits.
