Description

A well-respected hospital on the beautiful coast of Maine is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified noninvasive cardiologist to join a growing, supportive practice that truly values your time—both in and out of the clinic. With a 4-day work week, no night or weekend call, and 328 hours of PTO annually, this position is designed for physicians who are looking for a rewarding career without sacrificing their personal life.

This role is predominantly outpatient, with occasional inpatient consults, and is located on a hospital campus in a modern and well-equipped clinic. You'll perform TEEs, stress tests, cardioversion, and nuclear studies, so nuclear training and eligibility for certification are essential. You will also benefit from the mentorship of a compassionate and highly regarded Cardiology Medical Director who fosters a collaborative and educational environment.

The surrounding area offers an exceptional quality of life. Nestled near Acadia National Park, this coastal community combines natural beauty, a vibrant local culture, and easy access to year-round outdoor recreation. It is the perfect setting for physicians seeking a balanced lifestyle in a scenic and welcoming New England town.
